Prepaid Property Reservations
You acknowledge that OrlandoVacation.com pre-negotiates specific room rates with property suppliers for streamlined reservation bookings. The displayed room rate includes a facilitation fee retained by OrlandoVacation.com. By using our services, you authorize OrlandoVacation.com to book reservations, covering the room rate, tax recovery charges, service fees, and applicable taxes. Your credit card will be charged for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your request, OrlandoVacation.com is authorized to facilitate property reservations and make payment arrangements with property suppliers.
Please note that OrlandoVacation.com does not collect taxes for remittance, except for tax obligations on the amounts retained for our services. Tax recovery charges on prepaid property transactions represent estimated taxes paid to property suppliers. Actual tax amounts may vary, as property suppliers invoice OrlandoVacation.com for tax amounts and are responsible for remitting taxes to taxing jurisdictions. OrlandoVacation.com does not act as co-vendors with suppliers. Our fees, varying by property reservation amount and type, are retained as compensation for servicing your travel reservation.
Sales, Use Taxes, and Local Property Occupancy Taxes:
Certain jurisdictions impose sales, use, and/or local property occupancy taxes on our service fees. Actual tax amounts may vary depending on rates during your property stay.
Prices:
The travel service prices on the website are subject to change. OrlandoVacation.com reserves the right to correct pricing errors. In the event of an error, we offer the opportunity to keep your reservation at the correct price or cancel without penalty.
Changes Or Cancellations:
For changes or cancellations, email info@orlandovacation.com or call customer service at 1-800-641-4008.
Vacation Homes:
- Cancellation Policy
- 30+ Days from arrival date: $50 deposit non-refundable
- 0-30 Days from arrival date: 100% penalty
Hotels:
- Cancellation Policy
- 16+ Days from arrival date: $15 cancellation fee, Refund $35 of $50 deposit
- 8-15 Days from arrival date: 1 night plus tax penalty
- 0-7 Days from arrival date: 100% penalty
Tickets:
- Nonrefundable.
Change Fees:
Guests making changes pay a $15 change fee before OrlandoVacation.com submits changes to the property supplier.
If a property cannot honor your booking, OrlandoVacation.com is not liable for relocation costs. Failure to confirm changes may result in cancellation with no refunds. Unauthorized persons, including employees, cannot change these terms and conditions.
